I currently have a cell phone and a contract with T-Mobile. Now if I buy a new cell, can I just use the SIM card I have in the new phone and have the same service and same contract? Or would I have to get a new contract all together? Also, can I put my SIM card in any new cell phone or does it have to be a T-Mobile phone? HELP! I need to know!

Yes you can use your T-Mobile SIM card, have the same plan and all, in a new phone - PROVIDED the new phone is unlocked and will take any SIM operator. IF the new phone is locked to a certain carrier, then obviously it will only take SIMs of that carrier.

Technically speaking you should have no problems. The only problem[s] you might encounter would be accessing official T Mobile content. Things like ring tones, mega tones, some games and other apps. The items you normally get from the T Mobile T Zones.
I purchased a Treo 650 that was unlocked from Cingular. While I was able to access the T Zones, I was unable to download any ring tones and some apps. But all the other functions work just fine.

sprint doesnt use SIM enjoying cards because of the fact each and every thing is thru a CMDA equipment, and sim enjoying cards are for GSM systems. All you may might desire to do is get a splash able telephone (make advantageous the ESN is clean first, have faith me) and then as quickly as you get it call client service or circulate right down to a splash keep and function them circulate the service on your new telephone.

Any phone that accepts a sim card will allow you to use it. And NOOOOO you dont have to change your contract, its all built into the card, everything stays the same.
