My friend was a cast member about 10 years ago. He made less than minimum wage, but disney put him through college.
He had to sign a 4 year contract and keep his grades up.

Well I interviewed with them several years ago, so it may have changed back then, but I remember it was really low. I think they knew that there are tons of people who want to do it just for the experience and benefit of getting themselves and their friends and family in for free.

i would say 10-15 dollars an hour. I would check online.

I know it is more that people who work at the stores, or on the rides.
