I have a lot of pimples on my back and after they are gone they leave an ugly mark. i really wanna get rid of that. thanks for ur suggestions. :)

I had the same problem & a dermatologist couldn't even help me (he actually made it worse)! Finally found a solution that works - daily exfoliation. I've been using loofah gloves & Pear's Soap (both available at your local Dollar Tree).
Don't know what it is about this soap but I used it on my face when I ran out of facial cleanser. Noticed that it cleared up the blackheads on my nose after 2-3 days so I started using it on my back. Two months later my back is almost clear, except for 1 or 2 bad scars, and those are fading rapidly. I also apply Neosporin after squeezing pimples & then cover with a band aid for about 8 hours. This helps prevent scaring.
Hope this helps! I know it worked for me & I'm wearing strapless/halter/backless tops for the first time since I was a teen :o)
ps. to avoid scars all together, don't squeeze. Apply "Bye-Bye Blemish Drying Lotion" and pimples will disappear. It's available at Sally's Beauty Supply & Eckerd Drug. Whatever you do, do not shake the bottle before applying. The pink stuff is supposed to be at the bottom & the clear liquid on top. Dip a Q-tip into the bottle & dab on pimples. I apply at night so I wake up blemish free. Your back will look great in no time!!

have u heard abt ayurveda?
its an ancient indian medical science...only herbs are used to cure any desease here.
even though am an indian dont know a lot abt it
bt for ur pimple problem..i suggest..
u apply turmeric powder paste(make dil wid water) and keep for night)..see it should work!

use a aloe Vera lotion for the marks, but for pimples I use Netrogina anything from them like the facial wash works well.
