Green tea is great to drink as a diet drink . But be careful look at the carbs and sugar if there are alot dont buy the product. Get something diet then. Exercise for 30 minutes a day and tea and water will help you loose more weight. Watch what you eat buy sugar free food with splenda in it and drink diet drinks. Exercise twice a week and you will see the pounds fly.

Not as far as I know. What I do know that there is a tea that works a laxative, it is recommended to have this about 3 times a week, taken at bedtime so that it's effective by morning. Good luck & be careful.

no. Although it is a good supplement, nothing will rip the pounds away like good excersise.
