It depends on your goals. Are you trying to lose weight, gain weight, or just maintain your current weight? You should check out the USDA's food pyramid that will tell you what's good for you to eat everyday and how much. Basically, you should eat as many fruits and vegi's as you can, drink lots of water, eat a minimal amount of protein, dairy, carbs (the good ones), and fat (also the good ones). Get some excercise even if it's just a 30 minutes walk everyday.
