I dont see why not. the perks and rewards of slacking are well recorded. Just look at our government!!! ONLY79 days in session per year, full benefits and HUGE salaries!!!! say you were sick and if you dont have health benefits, say you couldnt go see a doc because your employer wont help with med. benes. IF that doesnt work, and if your boss was an ******, say you were afraid of him/her and the verbal abuse given. good luck slackee!!!!

dishonesty, absenteeism, falsifying an application and tardiness are all cases where unemployment normally denied. Failing to learn job or inefficiency (sales quotas etc.) are not normally denied.

You can always give it a shot, but if you were fired for cause and your former employer can prove it, then you're pretty much sunk and there is nothing you can say.
