my 5-year-old is going on a weekend retreat next Sat and is supposed to be in a Pj show. We have to come up with a colorful, creative Pj's and it will be judged. The theme is cowboy/pioneer. She willbe judged, by color, style and individuality. You must have come uo with a creative idea, not just store bought. it will be in the mountains and it will be hot..so I'm trying to steer clear of hot materials. Any ideas that are not to expensive(I'm a single mom on a limited income), and creative will be appreciated. I only have 1 week to get this in order. plz help!

Use Cotton material and make her a little brown skort and get plaid pattern for shirt maybe in red and white. Usually you can get fabric pretty cheap at any craft store. Go to walmart and pick up a little cowgirl hat and she's set. Good luck and what a wonderful mom you are to do this for her!!
