I am 5ft 2in and I have a very flat butt. Also I have chicken leggs, meaning, skinny thighs and no calves...lol....I want to find some jeans that make me look like i have a figure...any suggestions?? I've tried wearing really tight jeans but all that does is draw focus to my " shapelessness".

small pockets on the back, they'll make your butt look bigger.
apple bottom jeans, try those, u can buy them at the mall.
hip-hugger jeans, try those too.

They actually have "butt enhancer" underwear that is a little padded that you wear under anything. Last I saw, it was cheaply available on the Frederick's of Hollywood site. (fredericks.com) That way you can pick out whatever you would like to wear and look like you have a derriere.
If that freaks you out, I have found that back pockets with tab flap closings, instead of traditional pockets add a little volume.

This might sound exactly like what you DON'T want but actually...cargo pants and like really baggy pants, like the ones from hot topic would actually accentuate your figure more than tight jeans would. It's not that you don't have a figure you're just clothing yourself the wrong way. I've seen tiny girls have beautiful shapes with baggy pants.

Just get a pair of jeans that have small pockets on the booty. It will give the illusion that your booty is big.

my opinon is that u should wear the jeans that have the pockets in the back but they hav the buttons and are thick

omg!! I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM! its horrible! i feel like everyone things im not eating.. but im like a pig!
it really discusts me to know that people do things that harm there body just to get thin.. when the thin people over here are wanting to look curvier!

you should shop at bui yah kah jeans store they got any size for you and they are really cute they look expensive but they are cheap. i shop there
