Yes and I have watched almost all of them. There are a lot of episodes if you count the first season as well. It is intense and it does keep you watching it until the end even though it can be pretty convoluted.
I put up a question about Ghost in the Shell and whether it reflected our society today or will reflect in the future. And I was surprised how deep some people felt that it does and it will.
The animators have to get their idea somewhere, and I guess relating it to our world, and making it appealing through taking that idea to some years in the future, can make an interesting anime.

Of course. Everything is great about it.
The animation is engaging and not repetitive i.e. Dragonball
The voice casting is diverse and actually sound what they look like.
The action is completely intense.
The convoluted story line, while sometimes complicated, is interesting enough to make you come back for more and makes the reruns seem new.
The philosphy behind it all is complew wnought to write a term paper on.
