If you go to Geocities is real simple is fast and easy they have all the tools you need just sign up. and if you need help just shout I am not an expert but that one helped me even to learn how to set up a website.

there are simple courses available to teach as to how a web site can be designed .contact those organisations and within a week you will learn .it is not that big soft ware design.
