I LOVE GERMANY!!! i loved Lahm's opening goal. i began to like Lehmann a lot, even though Olli is my #1 goalie in the world, and I love Timo. Klose's signature victory front flips. Poldi's two goals against Sweden. Schweini's two beautiful goals. Everyone in the freaken German team.
Besides the Germans, there's the Zidane headbutted Materazzi, that asshole. Zidane and the France team kicked Brazil out of the game (I love Brazil, but Zidane was rejunevated...Brazilian soccer gods couldn't even beat the French soccer legend.) Oh, Portugal's 4th place in the race. Luis Figo was rejunevated, again. Just like Zidane. They were both incredible.
ps. There's A LOT more best moments from WC 2006... but the above ones are one of the best memory.

Ummm...my personal best moments ever (in Germany 2006):
2. Beating Serbia & Montenegro 6-0. Not that I have anything against them (I don't think I've ever met one, actually), but it's so awesome to watch your team play at their very best. Also, it's the most impressingly respectable score of the tournament. :D
1. The Rodriguez volley soaring into the Mexican net. O_O. It just left me speechless (before the wild cheering). Totally deserved the Goal of the Tournament award.

Germany. They beat Argentina in the quarterfinals on penalty kicks with Lehaman saving two of them. Although it was disappointing to see them give up two goals in the last two minutes of extra time in the semifinal against Italy, they played well when no one thought they could and they won the 3rd place game against Portugal.

Messi didn't play at all, Ronaldinho was not on his attacking midfielder position and because of that he didn't play good, Brasil showed 80% of there ability, van Nistelrooy didn't play against Portugal because of Van Basten, Serbia&Montenegro is very good but didn't play as a team, only one great goal (from Maxi Rodriguez), best scorer(Klose) scored only 5 goals, worst referees ever seen in my life, Italy won the WC( I'm not saying they are not good , but they are not that good)..... !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Only things that I liked was that Ronaldo broke a rekord and that is Zidane back on top again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i loved watching ghana be the underdog and end up making to the top 16!!! I though tthat was pretty cool
