Repeat this to her in more other ways. Make subtle jokes, even mean jokes, don't be afraid. You are doing her a favor. She is your best friend, therefore she represent you as a person in some sort. Tell her that and she will understand. Explain to her what is the meaning of the water and of the soap.Try also the healthy argument.Trust me, it will work, i converted some of my friends to hygiene. Unfortunately, i can't say all are my friends still, but at least they are clean.I was a friend to them till the end. This is all that matters.

Honestly, I had the same problem years ago. NO no no, don't get me wrong :)) I had a similar friend. We were friends for like 10-12 years. There wasn't much to do, and I daren't even speak to her about it. I just managed to live with it, and I could see that people understood the situation. It had no implications on me. I just felt sorry for her. In the end, we just got estranged, as she became very jealous of me. I wouldn't really want to be near her now, and that not because of the smell. So if you can wait, simply wait. Life has its ways... Or maybe I am not a good friend...

you tried telling her and she accused you of being jealous , now shes on her own, when her feelings get hurt by other people, enjoy as she crawls back to you with a lame I'm sorry and well its a good time to say I told you so.

because of fact each and all of the smells intertwine while they prepare dinner and scent sturdy. it is not hard to make foodstuff scent sturdy. it is extra durable to make foodstuff style sturdy. my friends are finished chinese language i've got self assurance doubt they got here from usa yet their house is a finished pig sty. theirs crap they convey homestead from artwork throughout their front backyard and returned backyard and it is all broken issues like tables, refrigerator, washing machines,etc.. yet from time to time while they're cooking it smells particularly sturdy. yet i quite doubt it tastes that sturdy. why? in basic terms walk infront of their door step and you will understand why theirs craps everywhere which contain ineffective plant life/animals decaying like fish. Im specific they don't save at a real food market the two however the interior of sight china city and anybody in my state knows the china city isn;t very sturdy for groceries because it is been universal to hold rats and it is not even that tasty. that being reported do not enable the smells fool you.

Dont stop likeing her just because she smells.
If she has a birthday comeing up or the next holiday get her bath soaps. and if shes dosent . just get her the good stuff and say that its just because i adore you so much. with luck she will use it and stop smelling of fish.

Cut out some coupons from the newspaper for deoderants, soap, shampoo and the such. Maybe you can put them in a place for her to find them--like sticking them in her backpack, purse, locker. Or you can mail them to her --anonomously. I cut out a bunch of right guard and soap coupons one time and put them on a guy I used to work with time card. He got a little upset, but he never came to work again with body order. :)

Are you sure that describing her as your "best" friend is accurate? Surely you can find a better friend. It doesn't sound like she's a friend at all. You need to have the courage to make cleaning herself up a condition of being friends.

I don't know ... ... I had a friend who smelled bad because of what she used on her hair, she didn't care about the smell, even though we told her. Eventually our friends gave her a makeover (from underwear to toes and hair) and she has been keeping it up.

Spray her with some body spray or something. Get a kiddy pool and fill it with soap and warm water and push her in it.
