I mean, things have continually gotten worse. And now Iraq could possibly engage in a full-scale civil war. If we are going to do anything, I feel we should divide the country up.

If we leave Iraq, and even if we don't, a full scale civil war is likely to happen. And how are we, as outsiders, supposed to "divide the country up"? We still have a cadre of about 35,000 soldiers in South Korea, who would be virtually powerless, just a delaying force, against a North Korean attack. I believe that the Bush adminstration will pull out Iraq as soon as they feel it is practical to do so, but it may not happen on George W Bush's watch.

We shouldn't have been there in the first place. Why are we there? I don't know too many people who know the answer for sure. If you give the opinion that for one second, Bush isn't the perfect president that everyone says he is, you'll be labeled a communist and a "Libtard". But I seriously doubt that it has anything to do with 9/11. There isn't even a comparison! Should we leave? Hell yes. Will we? Maybe, considering the next president.

This question has been asked millions of times, and the answer to it is yes...I am so sick and tired of this question, when the response is yes, YES YES YES, but yet! Does our goverment hear our voices as humble Americans, NO NO NO...that country is a s**t hole, sorry to say, we messed it up so much, and now, it is impossible to just pull out of it...Bush needs to fix his mistakes. My husband has been on his 2nd tour over there, and he is just done with it all! It's affecting so many families, military familes, marriages, and let's not forget, messing up innocent Iraqi lives as well.

yeah if we divide it up, we can then occupy only the parts with oil and leave the other parts, this will save us money and save U.S army personal. Great idea
