You may not like what I have to say but, here it is.
You have 20 weeks and 2 days left 'til Christmas @ doctor recommended rate of 2 pounds a week, you will not make it but will have lost 40 lbs which is half way! You will really put yourself at risk if you lose 75 lbs in that short of a time.
Below is a free weight loss web site, it is excellent and realistic to follow. I did Weight Watchers a few years ago (very healthy, but expensive) and lost 80 lbs. The Sparks People web site is not a gimmac, has support message boards, and tons (ha! ha!) of articles. I highly recommend it! Good luck!

I absolutely must share the gospel truth with you about a diet that will cause you to lose at least a pound a day like clock work. The diet is inexpensive, easy to adhere to after the first week, not a fad, and written by a medical doctor (cardiologist). The paperback book has been in and out of print for many years but I am sure that you can find it on the Internet.
The Book is "The Complete Scarsdale Medical Diet" by Herman Tarnower,MD.
Most people put weight back on after dieting but the Scarsdale diet has a way to avoid that. One simply weighs themselves regularly and if they find that they have gained 4 pounds over their desired weight they go back on the diet and 4 days later they are back to their desired weight.
This diet blows away all the competition. You will thank me for the rest of your life for this information.
One more thing I might ad is that physical exercise is recommended by health care professionals and I am not disputing that. However speaking as a graduate physicist (science that deals with motion, heat, electricity, etc.) I am telling you that exercise is no match for dieting because of the mechanical equivalent of heat. Simply put in lay mans terms, a little heat energy (Calories) equals a lot of mechanical energy (exercise). If this were not true, a person would severely burn themselves when they agitated the water in a bath tub while bathing.

Everything in moderation is the real answer.
Reasonable sized portions of food, cut back on any alcohol intake even the odd glass of wine with dinner etc and exercise. Nothing will work without the exercise!
Another good tip is that thirst and hunger are often muddled up so make sure that you are drinking plenty of water throughout the day - even trying a glass or two before your meals.
Good luck and I hope you have an amazing Xmas and a very good and slim New year.

Diet and Exercise! Follow a strict diet, like Atkins or South Beach, along with a good exercise routine. Your best bet would be to join a gym or find a personal trainer to help you monitor yourself. Good Luck! Losing weight is not impossible, but it's difficult.

Okay, first start with your diet. No chocolate, cheese or fries. No chips. Only water, watered down juice, diet soda, and fat free milk. Servings of meat only no bigger than a deck of card (4 oz.) and pasta the size of a fist (2 oz.). Walk, walk, walk! Swim, swim, swim! Join Jazzercise, it's a lot of fun. No cookies. If you're hungry, eat a banana. If still hungry, eat carrot sticks. Drink MORE water! Good luck.

No bad stuff, including alchohol, much less anyway. Exersize bikes work well so long as you know what you're doing. Ask at a gym what your heart rate should be while you're on it. You need to know this for what you're doing to be effective, otherwise you might waste youir time or lose too much energy.

Cut down of your junk food and eat 1/3 less each meal. Exercise, play a sport, or go to a gym. Drink a lot of water.

Buy a juicer and drink one glass in the morning and one in the evening of freshly squeezed apple juice, apple juice acts as a natural appetite supressor. and try to walk for at least 1/2 hour every day.

You would have to do something really drastic because that averages out to losing almost 5 lbs a week. I guess you could do a really low fat, low carb diet with high impact aerobics. It's dangerous and you could cause health problems

eat smaller portions. your stomach is only about the size of your fist! and only eat when you're hungry.
if you need motivation, tape pictures of skinny and fat people to your fridge, cabinets, etc.
please don't develope an eating disorder.
exercise with a friend, like play tennis.
cut out junk like chips, fried foods, etc.
get an accountability partner to lose weight with you, or to just keep you on track.
Good Luck!
