Depends. I believe in being kind and diplomatic, and sometimes I have an opinion that really doens't need sharing, as it would only be hurtful, and not accomplish anything.

If something needs to be said, yes, I can say it.

i do all the time...saves the frustration of what a person is actually thinking...also saves stress...so tell it like it is...you'll be better off
