Yes you can. I have very bad astigmatism and have worn colored contacts. Just make sure that the lenses you get are "Toric" like Fresh Look Colorblends Toric. Other companies make toric colors, but Fresh Look Colorblends combine three shades so the look is more natural.

yes they just get their colored lenses prescribed just like their glasses.clearvue does some prescription contacts.
