Call it Stacey. Don't know why -- that just sounds like a name for a tiny fish. Stacey the Fish. (At least I didn't suggest Wanda). :)

Like Tiny, Mammoth, or Dinosaur.
Or something cute like....

it all depends on the fish...watch for a coupleof days and see how it acts the decide on a name that matches his personality.
