You've got it wrong:
Two men were in prison and one of the men got a visitor. After the visitor left, the second prisoner asked the first, Who was that man?"
The first prisoner says, Brothers and sons, I have none, but that man's father is my father's son.
For 20 years I've been searching for the answer to this one.

"That man's father is my father's son" So the person is either my nephew or my own son. Since I have not brothers or sisters, the person is my son.
