That's a loaded question. But the knife cuts both ways. Women can be the same. I have found in a man's case. A lot of times they will lie to avoid getting in trouble. When getting talked to they feel like the are getting in trouble with their Mom or parent figure.
Men cheat sometimes because they are unhappy in the relationship they are in, they are feeling bad about themselves and when someone shows them attention, they can't help themselves.
Maybe part of it is nature. The primal urge to procreate whether can or even if they don't want to get someone pregnant.
Attitude can be a learned behavior if adults in their lives were unfaithful, peer pressure etc. Than they do could follow suit. Not seeing anything wrong with it.
Sex to some men is giving or showing love and some it's just for the feeling. Good luck

The same reason you don't give head after getting married, cheat as much or more and demand alimony when it doesn't work out. I rest my case.
