I do not understand your question in its entirety.. You said AGAIN and the only country int eh world that(who) has used the Atomic Bomb was the U.S. in the World War II... but if you mean who will use it again.. it is possible that Iran will use it but I feel that the U.S. should use it to blow Iran off the map plus Saudia Arabia and Syria and why not North Korea
