I can't believe some of the people who attacked you over this question. Now I do believe that if a woman is raped, and the "morning after" pill doesn't work, she should be able to have an abortion.
Women who do not want children, and aren't married, should not be having sex. Either that, or they need to take more precautions to avoid getting pregnant.
People who are still in high school should not be having sex.
Abortion should not be used as a method of avoiding responsibility.
A sixteen year old girl should not be able to go get an abortion on demand, when she would have to have her parents' permission to have her ears pierced.
There should be NO abortions after the first trimester, unless the mother's life is at stake. It's wrong that in one hospital, one wing is working to save the life of a baby born four months premature, while in another, a baby the same age is being aborted.
And to the person who said an aborted baby "can't feel it", why then do they open their mouths to scream? Even if they don't have mouths yet, why are they moving? Why is their heart beating? They are ALIVE, and they have every right to live.

Two more eyes that will not see hunger, murder & politics

Your not a woman and have no idea of the thoughts of women on these topics..I see a lot of men posing as women on these pages to try to sway this issue that has already been argued with Roe V Wade at the Supreme Court level...For years now..No legislature is perfect as we all no, but the only way Roe V Wade will be over turned is if America receives National Health Care for all Americans so the Government has say over the Health care business..Conservatives will roll over in their graves first because of the stocks and greed..So for all people that are playing the double standard soap opera game for votes and recognition.."You know that's not going to happen".....Roe V Wade up holds the Bill of Rights in several areas and has hundreds of thousands of documented cases that support the issues...So just saying I don't like abortion because your daddy said so, isn't going to change the woman's vote to Choice...The issue is between a woman her own body, and her Doctor(s)...That's Roe V Wade...If the Republicans vote for a National Health care It could change the views of a lot of people..Bullying and posing as a woman when your really a Man, isn't going to fly on this issue ever! This deception tactic is all over the Internet, and women see right through all of it too!!!!!

A woman's right of choice ends when they decide to have sex. If abortion was a given right protected by the constitution, a woman wouldn't need to got to a doctor. She'd simply have to push her bellybutton three times and the fetus would abort itself. In other words, a woman would have been born with the ability to abort on her own.
The fact is, legalized abortion makes immorality easier. A father could have sex with his 13 year-old daughter without worry. If she gets pregnant, no problem. A trip to the abortion clinic erases the crime. It makes it easier for anybody to act irresponsibly.
If you're a woman and don't want to get pregnant, get a sex toy or use protection. As for rape victims, I just don't know. There would have to be compelling evidence that a rape occurred.

your gonna ruin a young womans life just so she can have a baby she doesn't want. if shes gettin the abortion that means she can't care for it. it would make her drop out of school or work. you have a goddamn heart. its an unborn fetus, it can't feel it, it has no emotion. not all abortions r caused b/c of sleeping around, condoms don't work 100 percent. its a womans body, she should choose hat to let grow inside of her. its 9 months she has to go thro hell, and maybe she should put the baby into adoption, yah with all the other kids nobody wants or can't take care of.

I know its really sad, I would never do that. But I guess some ppl just cant understand that its murder
