do you have to change your diet/ exercise more please help?

You should lead a normal life, but you will have to avoid fatty foods and onions. There may be other foods that might upset your digestive system. Other than that, you will be just fine.

It's always better if you cut down on fats and processed sugars, etc. But you should be able to live a healthy, active life after having your gall bladder removed.

do u mean gall bladder.The gaul bladder is something that makes u french.

Go on living as you did before just watch certain foods it will be trial and error at first untill you learn what your body can handle food wise.

yes you do...they ripped my thing out a few years ago.
need to watch your intake of fatty foods.
