wet streets and roads are often smoother and slippery. Did you have any service done to your car, recently? Even cv boots can make a difference.

Some of the freeways in south Calif. were so rough that they (Cal-trans) brought in grinding machines which made the surface VERY smooth. The 22 Garden Grove freeway is a fine example.
