My nickname,, BIBI.. it's given to me by friends who thought that i have a problem in hearing.. well, part of it is true. I do have hearing problems. Because of that, I can make them burst in to laughters. I think that what makes me, me! Making my friends laugh in the simplest way possible! ü

What makes you you? Its a combination of all the information coming through your 5 (some say 6 ) senses. Since we live in a information intense atmosphere we spend a great amount of time analyzing this info, and therefor little time with what is a genuine original thought that has not been inspired by some sort of mass media. If you really want to know who you are look at who you hang with, what you read,and what you watch or listen too. Then try some meditation as this gives you time away from all these influences and you can concentrate on who you are. Good Luck,

Two things: your mind and your body. Put another way, nature and nurture.
When you were born, you had a certain set of potentials for different characteristics. In your early years, those potentials were formed by your experience into what you think of as "you".
This includes everything from food preferences to physical strength to musical ability.
You can't change the characteristics you were born with (like intelligence), but you can change the ones that your environment shaped (like political views).

I think what makes me, me is that I have a lot of empathy for people and animals. I also want people to like me, but I have trouble making friends. I am shy in face-to-face encounters with people. I worry too much. I don't always like me, but if i had the chance to change to someone else I wouldn't--I just want to change me.

what you like to do makes you who you are. Where your natural interest lies. For me, I like to work with computers and I like to socialize. It makes me a sociable and a computer person. it's all in what do you like to do.
