when i download from web sites it send me to other site like rapidshare and i dont know how to download from it

Rapid share is nothing but a file sharing site. As you said when clicking on download it takes to rapid share page. When you go to that page click on the free download which is in a column next to the premium column then it will take to another page where you have to enter the codes and click on download then your download will start.

From right bottom of it, just click on "free" button and enter the code shown then wait 20 seconds from window appear to download start.
And it's a safe site.
