well u highlight the text using the mouse, eg drag it over the text or whatever it is press ctrl+c on the keyboard to copy and then ctrl+v to paste.

the eastiest way i know is to high light it all with your mouse and hit CTRL C that copies it and then to paste it hit CTRL V

yeah ,i finally figured it out..not hard,first copy it by highliting it and right clicking and hit copy,then u go to where u want to paste it,and right click again and hit paste and it will paste it there....hope this helps

having copied your selected item, click where you want it to go and use the key combo [ctrl] + [v] at the same time.

highlight what you want to paste and then go to edit and click on "copy"
When you want to paste return to edit and click on "paste"
