No, unless you count beating all the quests, having 99 in every skill, having full of every armour set in existence, and having all the party hats plus a Santa hat, beating the game.

well u need to define what u mean by beat runescape, since there is nothing to beat etc.. unless u are going for lvl 99 on everything.
which could take about a few months at least of constaint playing, eg about 6 hours per day 7 days per week.
