Very good thought. You might be interested in a book called "Man and Time", a collection of papers written in the 1950's about how we perceive time, and how we have perceived it throughout history. A couple of the essays I remember being particularly interesting were one that said that the subjective impression of the passage of time in different species was based on their "internal clock" (in other words, a snail might actually perceive time to be moving more slowly), and another that said that in the 800's, Islamic scholars (about the only scholars there WERE in the 9th century) perceived time to be a succession of moments and not a continuum.
Anyway, good question.

Depends on your views man. If you are one who would like to believe in fate and the magic it entails or if you would like to believe the future is not yet written it is your call..
No one can prove whether either exists, at least not in this present point in time.
I like to believe in fate, it brings a since of magic to relationships and other things in your life. Somethings just seem too perfect to have happened by chance.

Live in the moment, but act as if you will still be here in the future.

we cannot say that there is no future. there is always tomorrow.when there is tomorrow there is hope. when there is hope there is future.it is not an illusion. it is there .but what we do not know is whether it is good or bad.
