He follows me to the store, the mall, my brother's house, and everywhere else. I know that he is heartbroken but I need him to leave me alone and let me move on. I also know that he is not going to physically hurt me. I have told him to let me move on and he said that he wasnt stopping me. He then bought a house 2 blocks from me. I told him I was getting married and he stopped calling for about 2 days. But that started again. I have a new boyfriend now. Please any advice would be helpful.

I know you said he isn't hurting you, BUT HE IS STALKING YOU. You need to stop him. If he does this even one more time, call the police and get a restraing order. ENOUGH already. Don't wait until you get hurt, STOP HIM NOW.

well i would say you need to give him a warning about he following you around that if he keeps it up you will take it to a court hes not hurting you physically but it is hurting you mentally an i would have the brothers inform him the issues as for the phone calls save all on caller id an if you can record to show the courts or just try embarrassing him in public if he cant get the hint by then one more thing let it be know to neighbors as will if he keeps it up so they know about it let him know that you will inform the law an the neighborhood of what he is doing if he don't stop if you do go to the law do not ever go to him on your own for if some see you do that you will lose the case

if you lived with him , you can get a restraining order! something LEGAL will tell him you are serious. He won't be able to come near you, harass you,or call you . If he does (keep a record of it), then the police and the courts will take care of the rest.
