How do I find a video that was sent via email ?

I have lost a video of my new grandson that WAS on Windows Media Player. Now I cannot find it. How can I find the email it was sent in?

goto your email and look for emails with the paperclip sign next to it this means it an attachement, or use the windows search, but u would need to either know the name of the file, or u could do the following in the first search box put in *.avi;*.mpeg;*.mpg;*.wmf these are all the standard windows file files and it will search the whole pc for these file types.
