He's been my best friend for ever and I LOVE him. I'm going to tell him on Sunday and have no idea what to say, or if I should say anything! We are going to the movies without his parents so it's my only chance. His name is Jesse and is one year older than me but I think he likes me because he has said somethings like "if we dated"!!! It sounds like you're too young to really be in love. But, there is no reason you can't tell him. Say something like this: I'm not expecting a reply from you, but I just wanted to tell you I really care about you more than I've ever cared for anyone.
OK...that will not put you in a spot or scare him with the "love" word. And it gives you some options for when you get older. Good Luck..admire your courage.
