I work at a pet store & our russian tortoises go for 89.99$. They are some of the sweetest reptiles we sell. But they can sure put away the veggies!

In most places, right around $100 depending on size, health, wild-caught or captive bred, and being on sale. I have seen them as low as $49.

Babies (about the size of a half dollar) cost $ 300. - $ 600.

Cheaper if you get them from a rescue society.
