Why isn't this labelled as "Rape"? Let me explain it to you in a nutshell, the act of Rape is proved only if someone has performed a forceful sexual activity "against the will of the victim" and the victim has complained or intends to complain about it to any of the higher authorities either personally or through anyof his representatives. A female teacher had a sexual relationship with a boy and yet it she was not charged for Rape, why? Because the law goes through all the every possible circumstancial evidences before framing the accused under specific charges and if the boy is found to have wilfully consented to the sexual realtionship with the teacher in any manner then the Law cannot frame the teacher under Rape charge. The Law of voluntary participation on part of the boy comes into play in the situation. However, the teacher will be charged for the Child Abuse if the victim's age is under 16 years. The same principles of Law applies to those male teachers who have been accused of Rape or Child Molestation acts. Therefore, the wilful consent and the victim's age are the main keys to prove such cases.

As for attractiveness, at one end of the curve we've the least appealing and on the different end the main. the comparable could be real for earnings ... poorest on one area and richest on the different. in direction of the bell we've each and all of the common human beings. i think of what you're asserting is real, yet purely purely a certainty of existence. we've the finished spectrum for the two genders. As for why adult men do no longer protest ... i assume they comprehend that that's purely the way issues are and protests are no longer likely to alter something. desire this facilitates!

I know what you mean, but i think the boy might not be scared as badly as the girl... still, I've been called names for voicing my opinion that i know wouldn't have been called foul if a girl/women would have said it. The world is and will always be divided between different sexes, no court is unbiased.
