It is for First Financial Bank USA.
I called it and it asked for a 7 digit code on my letter and I just punched in 7 random numbers. It then told me who to call. I would guess you should just it throw away.

Let's see here:
1 - you got a piece of mail
2 - in this piece of mail was a phone number
3 - now you want to know where the phone number came from
I think the answer is: it came in a piece of your mail.
Now, if in fact this is a serious question, I recommend that you NOT call the number because on the other end is a device that emits an extremely loud tone that will not only deafen you - it will drive you insane.
This has been widely documented on the net - do a Google search on the number and you'll quickly get a few million links explaining all of this. Good luck, Binky!

Don't call any number that you are not sure of. If it came from someone you don't know it is probably a scam. Better safe than sorry
