Glasses or contact lenses or neither?
I wear both, but prefer contacts. Sometimes I think glasses can make the person look more serious and intelligent.

I need glasses, but I hardly wear them. One reason for that is that I like the world better with a blurred vision haha... really, I've got a good imagination and I see miraculous things all the time! Silver rings lying on the streets (the thingies from empty sodacans), beheaded dogs (trashcanbags in the eveninglight), paper money (dirty wrappages) and so on. Off course it is a constant dissapointment if I see what the treasure really is, but then I have a good laugh about it.
Besides that, I don't recognise people on the other sde of the streets, unless it is because of their hair or something else that outstands. Everyone knows this from me, so most people smile at that, and it saves me from having to say 'hello' 1000 times a day.
yep, I need glasses, but I like the world much better this way :-)

I wear contacts, but when I read, I wear glasses over the contacts. I've never gotten a prescription pair of glasses that were JUST right. Funny thing is, glasses I'v gotten at K Mart, the Drug Store and a dollar store work just fine, for reading...so long as I also wear my contacts. Believe it or not, there are times when I need to read something, but I've taken out my contacts. THEN, I wear TWO pair of glasses to read. Only I could turn this into a novel".........Paper back wri i iit ter." (Trying to emulate the beginning to that great Beatle song!)

I wear small oval gold rimmed glasses. My eyes are very different from each other and I was told I was a perfect cadidate for contacts, but I never got the hang of sticking my finger in my eyes to insert something there. It's just not naturaI, Plus, contacts are SO much trouble! I love my glasses. They look good on me, and add to my personality. I don't know about looking serious or intelligent, though!

both. Prefer myself in contacts. I wear glasses sometimes, usually when I don't feel like fooling with the contacts.

I wear glasses... I just don't like the idea of putting objects on top of my eyes...plus there is always the chance of infection ..and in certain conditions the contact lenses can become fused to your eyes.. ( I actually know of a few cases in which that happened )

I wear glasses, but wish I had the nerve 2 get my finger close enough 4 contacts.

contacts. glasses only once a week when my contacts are out so my eyes can get some oxygen. i don't like wearing my glasses. since i started wearing contacts 20 years ago, my eyes are more sensitive and i wear sunglasses when i'm outside, year round.(i live in the south, so that isn't weird.) also, wearing my glasses, my eyes water more.
