Hello,
I would change it to " Love ". Seriously!!! You might already know this, but colors represent different things and emotions. Some people feel these colors. I mean when they see a color they can tell you what that color represents.
I know some of them:
red=a person who is a survivor
orange= Love
pink= a person who knows what they want for themselves
blue= a person who is a dreamer or a romantic
white= purity
purple= a person that stands out from the crowd
This all part of psychology. Not everyone knows this but colors play a big part in our lives. Subconsciously people will make an impression by the colors of our clothing.
An example): If you go to an interview wearing pink, the interviewer will think of you as a very confident and organized person. Another example): If you go on a first date and wear blue, the other person will think that your the kind of person that has her own dreams and will support the dreams of other people.

just kidding..i was jst trying to be funny there!
but seriously i don't know what to call it except....sorta yellow,kinda yellowish red round fruit!...or maybe call it by its colour but in different language like portugal.etc.!..or why not call it by its same name but in the opposite direction..i mean EGNARO!!!
