Hi, drinking loads of water and using clean and clear exfoliating scrub, and clean and clear moisturiser. I know at Lush they do a cleanser called angels on bare skin, thats suppose to be good. I use aqua marina from lush and that works as well.Worth a try it you havent tried Lush products before.

if your a teenager live with them but dont touch your face a lot!if not then you can be prescribed ointments from your gp if its bad or get a cream called panoxyl 10!!if you only have a few there is an alternative which i read in a magazine which is the normal toothpaste the white 1 not the gel!jus dab some on each 1 and leave overnight and in the morning wash off i dont reccomend toothpaste 4 bad acne or you will have a complete red face in the morning!!

I recomment the shop LUSH. The assistants choose what they feel is best for your skin type and they give you a tester to use for 2 weeks. If that does not work you come back and they will give you another tester. All the products are natural substances and really work for different skin! However dont get upset if they dont work first time...i have tried EVERY single skin product in there and the last one left worked!
Good Luck ...i hate spots!

Keep your skin clean and moisturised, and after time your acne will go as you get older. Have you tried using acne creams, and changing your diet - eating junk food wont help your complexion. Top tip is to drink lots of water as well.

A good beauty routine will help keep your skin clear, use wipes to remove grease build up on your skin,a good moisturiser and drink plenty of water to remove toxins from your body.

I had mild acne when I was younger, then I started washing my face with noxzema. It worked like a charm. Also don't touch your face a lot.
