I have been raising a child for two years now. The mother of the child has been there. But has no mothering instincts in her. She comes and go's as she wants without any concern for the child. I can not work because she will not try to put him in daycare or headstart. She feels that as long as she is in the same house that she is raising her child. She has not bought him any clothes, shoes, food, ect. I want to get custody or gardianship because I am raising him.
