plz explain.. what is his thinking? r a leftist n a marxist one n the same? also who is a communist?

In a nutshell:
A Marxist is someone who follows the ideals for society laid out by Karl Marx (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karl_marx). Communism owes much the his philosophy - Marx is sometimes refereed to as the father of Communism.
Some American Leftists are Marxist/Communists. They are usually refereed to as being on the far-left. Most rank and file Democrats aren't as that far left. But I do think there is a higher percentage of them though in Politics.

I am a Marxist, which means I believe in the abolition of private property and the equal redistribution of capital. A Marxist is leftist, but a democrat, for example, is not a Marxist. A Marxist is one who follows the teaching of Karl Marx, Communism is formed from the ideas of Karl Marx, but it is different in that it never frees the people. A leftist is equal to a Socialist or possibly a Marxist.
