Accutane. It is a very dangerous drug is you do not properly research it and listen to the doctor but it does work. From the age of 13 I had very bad acne and tried everything, my mother would constantly spend so much money getting dermabrasions, facials, different procedures for me and my skin would always go back. I am now 22, at the age of 20 I went on accutane for 6 months, my skin is still clear and healthy 2 years later. Occasionally I get a small pimple here and there nothing major and I have been very secure and comfortable with my skin. Make a dermatologist appointment in your area, you will be very happy with the results, I promise.

Wash your face regularly with soap for sensitive skin. Get proactive if you have it where you are. If not, a skin cleanser will have to do. Take vitamin C more often and multivitamins. Drink plenty of liquids as well. Try to find clearasil or clean and clear pimple ointment.

make a paste of sandalwood powder n water.(make sure the water is clean).apply ti on ur face n leave it till it dries.then wash it off.
Drink a lot of water.make "drinking water" a profession...which means u hav 2 really drink a lot of water.never touch ur face, wash ur face 4-5 times a day..but use soap only twice..use non detergent based soap...dont apply any cream or powder.Use a handkerchief n never let sweat 2 stay in ur skin.
when u see that ur pimples r going...start applying nivea cream mixed with vitamin e(u can get iit when u cut the vit e pill)

Try to reduce intake of oily food in your diet. Clean your skin regulary with good quality soaps, preferably ones which have high TFM. See to it that your bowel movement is clear and your intake of foods is rich in fibres. This problem is very common in Indian sub continent and does not stay beyond 25 years of age so stay cool and relaxed.

pop them all! :) I dont know, i have break outs every now and again and I can never just make them go away...they just kinda do.
I've noticed though, that when you drink a LOT of water regularly, your face clears up pretty well...
