do lunges and squats. these will build up the muscles in your butt and thighs, and tone them so they're nice and shapely. i'd also suggest cardio to reduce body fat--this will make your stomach smaller. if you do cardio that involves your legs (like biking or running) it'll help your leg muscles develop, too.

Weight train and eat right. A piece of fruit after an intense work out, 35 grams of protein an hour later, then 3 hours later 50 grams protein, with as much greens as you can handle, 3 hours later a piece of fruit, 2-3 hrs later dinner 50 grams protein a good carb starch like Brown rice 1/2 cup, greens greens , greens, This method of eating activates your metabolism allowing you to burn fat all day. You cannot burn fat in a target area but you can exercise certain muscle groups that you want to improve. Do this for 6 weeks, and concentrate on your glutes legs and stomach and do lighter training on your other muscle groups. Do Cardie/ fat burning 45 minutes 3-4 times a week. If you do this for 6 weeks you will be a new person>

I'm gonna recommend vertical and lateral leg lifts. Since you stay on the floor, you could use your work-out time to catch up on some reading as well.

Go to the gym and ask a personal trainer for help... they will know what excercises would bulk up your behind and legs, and trim down your stomach.
