Itsa not normal but theres nothing unhealthy about having breasts at the age of 9.

It's alright, u dun have to be shy about it.
i kindda regret binding when i was young cos i started puberty earlier than the rest... i stunned the growth of my breast, now it's like soooo pathetically small.
