upload the pictures (saved as JPG, or BMP, so that people can view them) onto the FTP you're using, if you are not using an FTP then just put them on photoshop, it also gives you the code so that you don't have to remember/learn any HTML.

Save the resized photos on your computer and upload by whatever means you normally do. The fact that they have been resized shouldn't change anything

When you go to upload the photos, it will give you a box to find the picture, just go to the directory where the pic is.. just like any other pic you wish to upload.
