This is hypocritical. Pres. Clinton had us in Desert Storm in the early 1990's for no good reason and we even had not been attacked on our own soil (9/11)- but when a republican stands up for our safety, freedom and rights. (rights to oil- which is in YOUR best interest.) He is met with half brained and biased press whom create zombies (regular viewing audiences) to attack his good efforts. We even got a tax cut for the poor through our Republican Bush for the first time in decades.(tens of years) "Democratic" Clinton did not give the poor a tax cut yet he took us to war in that region! Has hate for hate sakes filled the average US citizen? The lying movie guy. Farrenhieght 9/11 please tell me you must have seen the rebuttle. It is called FarrienHYPE 9/11 and shows all the lies that 1st movie spread. I hope you are not one of the gulliable well meaning people who got bad information and is running on lies dividing this good country and all of it's efforts. You and we deserve better.

Clinton's controversial deal was probably the Kosovo and lying under oath during sex scandal.

Average citizen probably isn't so hate filled as portrayed in popular media. Just because there are few highly visible activists out there doesn't mean people are fuming mad all the time. Chances are people care more about who's on American Idol than who support stem cell research or not.

Well it was Bush Sr. that took us into Iraq originally, but it was to protect Kuwait a Nation which Iraq had invaded, so we went over to protect Kuwait and are oil interests there. Clinton was Kosovo! The reason Bush Jr. is getting so much **** is there is no direct link between 9/11 and Sadam or Iraq, there was actually a better link to Saudi Arabi but they are our friends. If Bush Jr. would have said Sadam is an *** and we are going to help the Iraq's we would have been better with it, but instead he lied or at least was mis-informed and gave us false reasons for entering the war. I could care less whether are president is a republican or a democrat as long as they do a good job! As for tax cuts, under clinton we erased the National debt and the economy flourished, under Bush the National debt has returned and the economy has floundered, but is it Bush's fault or merely timing? After all even before 9/11 the economy was slowing. I say Blame it on San Jose, CA and the dot.com bust!

To be fair to Clinton, President Bush Sr. took us into Desert Storm in the early 1990s. We were out of Iraq by the time Clinton was elected in 1992.

There were doubts regarding the motivation to war in Iraq the first time. On the one hand, our reasons were far more clear. Saddam had invaded Kuwait. There was really no question there. Unlike WMD, there was no possibility of debate over this fact.

The stickler was that state department officials had been approached by Iraqi diplomats claiming that Kuwait was part of the traditional territory of Iraq, and wished to know what the US' stance on a possible Iraqi invasion was. Our diplomats essentially replied that the US merely desired the situation be resolved as quickly as possible. This may have been taken as a go-ahead to invade Iraq by the US state department for Saddam to invade Kuwait.

Clinton was defending a sovereign nation which is a democracy from attack by a dictatorship, in a war which was started by his predecesor - Bush Snr. We're having trouble getting out now, is it so hard to imagine Clinton having the same problems? Bush was invading a country that hadn't done anything (much) wrong since then. America has _NO_ absolutely NO right to oil. It is the property of the Iraqi people, not for some thieving fascist fatcats to steal in the name of "freedom in america" - freedom of what? To drive your atmosphere-chocking Humvees without having to care that in 10 years time the world is going to be past the point of no return in terms of global warming? Freedom for trigger happy hicks in jets so high up you can't see them to bomb innocent civilians and call it "colateral damage"? Freedom to assert YOUR 'democratic' will on people who DID NOT VOTE FOR IT?

Clinton was pretty stupid - he wasn't a great president. He made mistakes, he was pretty hypocritical and wasn't amazing for America. But nobody has EVER done as much bad for America and the world as bush has. The arab world despises america - Europe, except for the shameful and sickening poodle that is Bliar is more than cold, Russia is disdainful and China is wary. Will you still be singing God Bless America when Bush has led you into more wars you can't win, when your young men (and possibly women) are conscripted and sent off to die in countries which have nothing to do with america or indeed anything at all.

Will you sing in the light of your burning freedom and hope?

Ahhhh Clinton knew WHO he was After, with a purpose since the 1st Bush blew his stuff off, getting us there in the first place. Then the, tried but stupid Son wanted revenge for his daddy, so he went after the man who Insulted Daddy, instead of the person Responsible for attacking New York. Study all of your history, instead of bits and pieces please.. We have a Gung Ho Presi, that thinks he's John Wayne. John Wayne had More Brains than that, he was an actor and a Great Man. Bushy Boy isn't even that.

please research desert strom - you will find out that Pres. Bush Sr. started that campaign because Iraq invaded Kuwait. Iraq invaded kuwait due to kuwait slant drilling for oil under iraqi soil. Iraq invaded to stop this. US relied on kuwait oil and could further increase their supply by keeping control of kuwait.

So the US invaded Iraq "on the behalf" of Kuwait to free it from Iraq regimes. Sound farmiliar - but Pres. Bush Sr could not capature Saddam,

so Bush Jr decided to use the attack of Bin Laden, which had nothing to do with Saddam to attack Iraq to even the score. Why is it that Saddam is bigger news that Bin Laden and why is it that the US forces spend so much time looking for Saddam and are not searching in full force for Bin Laden - the one who attaked America on Americain soil.

So to make this short it was not Clinton it was Bush
