I'll go with everyone else, Cleaning out the Stables

Probably the cleaning of the Augean stables in a single day(Eww). Although the capture of Cerberus is a close second. Kindness is not something you suddenly think, when you see a monstrous gigant three headed dog. But between this two labors I rather take the dog. (that's how much I hate cleaning) =)

The final labor, when he had to retrieve Cerberus from Hades. It was the toughest because he had to go off Earth (so to speak) to do it. And the dead would love to go back to the land of the living the way Heracles did!

Putting up with his cowardly half-brother, who kept sending him on these stupid missions to please Hera, who was punishing him for murders he wasn't really responsible for!
