like having alot of back spin not a little bit but a lot

You gatta work on your flick. Get like a 5 lbs barbell put it in your shooting hand, then extend your hand so that it's perpendicular to your body (palm towards the ground) then without moving your arm work your wrist (make sure your arm is straight, don't bend your elbow). Move the barbell up and down using your wrist (do this about 20 times or so). Use a weight that you feel comftorable with but that challenges you. I also agree with the last guy you have to use your fingertips when you shoot. I found a pic to show you because its extremely hard to explain it (It was the best I could find, I googled it) http://www.cord.edu/dept/sports/sportsbackup/02/box/winter/wb021117e.jpg .... anyways when you look at the pic notice how her wrist is bent and her fingers are pointing towards the ground. Well thats what you gatta do. Use your fingertips and not your palm.

Set the ball on your fingers and NOT in the palm of your hand and follow through with your fingers.
