Hacking is never good. If caught, you're headed straight to jail as a result, depending on the seriousness of your hacking.

no public knows meaning of hacking and hacker so in Public's opinion hacking is Worst, bad!
ask with Expert computer programmer and one with superior knowledge at computer this time hacking is Good, lots of Profits can be earned.

Hacking can be taken in 2 aspects. 1- Hacking for destroying or stealing others contents and 2nd one is Hacking the open source to your need. not sure which one you are talking about. if you are talking about 1st one.. it is legaly not good to do so. second one is allowed.

I think you're asking if hackers are good, if you're not correct me. The vast majority of hackers have no malicious intent, in fact hackers have contributed the most to turning the internet and technology into what it is today. Hackers take on many forms, security experts, network administrators, programmers, etc can all be considered hackers. Basically, a hacker is someone who explores anything and everything related to technology, computers, the internet, etc...and shares what they find with the rest of the world.
