This question looks straightforward enough to me!
It is plainly asking why people keep on having child after child which they couldn't possibly afford to raise on their own!
They are in fact rewarded for having even more children! There was one guy in the press just recently, he had fathered over 20 with another on the way, he had never worked, if he worked his 'allowances' would have been reduced! so why work?
He was also complaining because his local authority wouldn't give him the house next door so they could be more comfortable, he will soon want the street.
The local authority of course (meaning you and I) would be paying for this!
The question here is not about who has the right to say who should or should not have children, but I think its a valid point.
Why should a couple who have restricted their family to (say) a couple of children have to subsidise those who have 6 children??
I don't know the statistics but I'm pretty sure that these families with lots of children have brought up their off spring to know the benefits available to those with lots of kids! So the whole thing is ongoing,

A good question, but you are also contributing to a lot of other things.
For example, the NHS, Security & Armed services, Police, Fire etc.
Now let's flip this around and ask you - if you've ever been to see a doctor or been to an NHS hospital - if you have, then why should someone who has never used this service pay tax so that you can use that service?
Please don't burden that person with your health expenses.
We also pay as it's the law of the land - perhaps we shouldn't have voted Labour?!!!!!

The reason we have public education is so that voters will be able to make informed choices.
From a business perspective, the economy would suffer irrevocably if the potential workforce couldn't read or follow instructions. Ignorance creates a poor, backward country.
How can you surgically remove the elements that have made the US the rich country that it is?
Do you realize that Mexico has natural resources greater than the US, but that its backward thinking (no universal education, for example) keeps the country dirt poor and third-world? Obviously, you prefer living here to living there, so public education has a high value and has now earned your enthusiastic support--right?

Because we live in a community, the taxes you pay are to help the running of your country and community, I would say most parents pay for the up bringing of there children, some families are not as lucky as others ? Those are the cards you are dealt at birth, every child has a right to an education it takes money to run schools, every child has the right to live a happy and safe childhood it also takes money to run the police force who are you? To say otherwise.

Do you think an educated society is a better place to live? What should we do with all the orphans throw them into the sea? I can understand your frustration but the children didn't have a choice. Their parents made a mistake or perhaps were very stupid. Why should the children suffer?

I don't have children and I don't mind paying taxes for education. Or paying taxes to support any of our commons. It is part of the price we pay to live in a free society. And an educated society is a free society

Why should you pay for a fire service when you house isn't on fire or the police when you are not being burgled. You live in a community in which each individual carries responsibility for all other individuals. You could live on an island by yourself - but don't call for help if your boat sinks.

We believe that children in our country should not have to starve or be naked, or be uneducated because of the behavior of their parents. We cannot pass judgement on the children of people who are irresponsible, even if we must spend our tax money.
