Mine is probably "The Bridges of Madison County" but the ones you listed are awesome too!
"Phantom of the Opera" was sensational on-stage, but I had to rent the DVD to fully understand it.

Pirates of the Caribbean, I also like both of them. Phantom of the Opera, and A Walk To Remember. Titanic is a great movie also

I love vampire movies. but my favorite would be The Hours (which is not a vampire movie by the way). That one who starred Julianne Moore, Meryll Streep, and Nicole Kidman (which made her won an Oscar).
