I do not celebrate them, but my favorites are those of the Andes. Since my research on the Incas, I have discovered the richness of their pantheon. It is true that the Incas included other cultures Gods and Goddesses, but it at least to preserve them and we know a little bit about them.
My favorites though would have to be the creator God Viracocha. I just the love story about him. How he created the world with giants and then killed in a great flood. How he created humans from dirt and breathed life into them and created their languages and dress. How he sent these humans through out the world through tunnels. How he left the continent walking across the Pacific. It is a very fascinating story.

Of course, I have to start with saying Sri Krsna with His Eternal consort Sri Radha.
There is a whole belief system regarding this concept of God. Krsna is not considered a demigod or lesser God. But, this concept of God suggests all kinds of expansions and incarnations of the Godhead.
The celebration begins with absorption in concerns for God consciousness. Devout followers follow 4 regulative principles, chant prescribed number of rounds Hare Krsna mantra on beads and sometimes rising daily around 4am for devotional observances.
But, I sometimes like to get to know the lesser gods to a certain extent. And this is another perspective. Just thinking there are these supernatural beings even controlling the wind, the fire, the air and so on. Rather than thinking that everything is just chemicals etc.
